"Had a chicken finger sub and trust me this sub was so meaty and tasty (pause). The food was at the perfect temperature by the time I got home and was ready to eat. I only ate half as their chicken fingers are some of the biggest in the town (pause). I am thoroughly impressed and will be ordering again. Absolutely great food, although the chicken finger sub was GREAT, the Steak west side special with extra cheese reigns supreme. Top 3 in WNY! Hands down."
"The food here is good I’ll give them that. However as an Uber eats driver I genuinely hate their policy on having to confirm an order before your even allowed to touch the bags, last night was the second time I’ve picked up from this location and had an issue with their staff not handing me the correct order, not only did they not give me the correct order, but shorted me one and would let me confirm correctly before leaving the store."
"I only review things that are really upper notch. After a few visits; all I can say is these are the real deal. A touch pricey, but you get a lot for what you pay for. Had a Steak/Sausage the other day and it was unreal. A bit too bad you can't eat in shop but if you saw the amount of product they are going through it makes more sense. First time I did a steak in pita combo with fries, I think I fell asleep in about 5 minutes. Fries are excellent and the meat is as well regardless of on roll or pita. Open late if you need. Friendly staff. Great product. Don't miss out Buffalo."
"Omg ok this was my first time here and I was absolutely blown away with the exceptional customer service and how professional and friendly they were. Now let’s get to the food, baby it is the best in town hands down. I had the steak hoagie and steak fries. Lawwd have mercy y’all gotta try it. You won’t be disappointed."
"My first visit to the hoagie stop ..very tasty. The good, it's awesome that we have a true Philly cheesesteak place in buffalo. Jim's and all the rest of them are kind of a poor imitation. They mix the cheese into the meat/onions/peppers instead of just slapping it on top, the way God intended. The bad. I'm not sure what is in the greater state of disrepair, the hoagie stop, or Allen Street. The ugly, unfortunately because of the construction, there's no place to sit down. And the food simply doesn't travel well. soggy fries and hoagie was a hot mess after the 15 minute ride home. But it tasted very good. Hoagie is 5/8 sub size In closing I was very excited to try this place. The young men working there are pleasant and helpful, and I look forward to a time I can visit when I can sit and eat immediately."
