"Always a line, always short-staffed. Associates are accurate and well-groomed, but not conscientious. Heard staff making fun of previous customer. Also witnessed staff touching customer’s dog, then continuing to take care of other customers without washing their hands first. This is a busy location with truckers, pedestrians, and commuters, but the lot is under lit and the wait times are too long."
