Employee threw a bag of donuts at me while I was holding my 1 year old and then wanted to fight me (again, while holding my 1 year old) and made a comment about me not knowing who my daughters father is (he was at work, not that it’s her business) and had no repercussions, I was thrown out of the store. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"Manger refused to give out corporates numbers because employees there apparently can’t handle customer service and enjoy, throwing bags at people that are holding children and threatening to fight them. Tried giving me attitude over the phone saying I was somebody I wasn’t like if y’all can’t handle your job, just say that it’s not that hard to put donuts in a bag and make some coffee. Don’t worry, though I found corporate’s number on my own. Don’t put my 1 year old niece in harms way because y’all can’t handle your job. Trash place and trash workers."

"Not really sure how this Dunkin is still open… They NEVER get our order right- and we try not to order at this location because of it but sometimes it’s unavoidable for us. Never give us straws. Bacon is always underdone and made me sick the other day. They always put granulated sugar in my drink when I ask for liquid (granulated will not dissolve in a cold drink… common sense you’d think?) Definitely going to travel a minute more down the road to go to McDonald’s instead from now on or go to Stewart’s for their coffee."

"First off, this ain't Starbucks so how can you justify charging $13 dollars for a 3/4 full latte, a chorizo wrap and literally 6 potato puffs. I usually never go to dnd, and after this visit I will stick to my guns. Poor service, ridiculous prices and poor portion size will keep me steering clear of this place."

"Got an electric razz energy punch from this dunkin, there was a CENTIPEDE IN MY DRINK. Went back, didn’t even want another drink; just to ask HOW this could have happened. Manager gaslit me, told me there was no way it could have came from her store. Showed my receipt and everything. They told me that if I didn’t want another drink made there was nothing they could do for me. Safe to say I’ll never come back to this terrible dunkin."
