"Went to sell some clothes here today. I brought in 2 completely filled tjmax bags. when i came back, they only took 9 items. I got my bags back and 1 Bag was completely looked through and it looked like they just chucked everything back in the bag after i gave it to them nice and folded. AND THE OTHER BAG WAS STILL ALL FOLDED. THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK IN IT!!!!! This place has always seemed sketchy and weird. They take the UGLIEST clothes and leave brand new clothes with THE TAGS! You might as well just keep your things or donate to goodwill!!!!!"

"Nice selection. When buying items they low ball and will hit you with the usual spew of how we sell 70 percent cheaper and do split with the other 30 yet I when I see items I've sold them o. Display it's obvious the seller is lied to and jerked. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Great for buying. Selling only if your really in need of funds or to get rid of items no longer wanted that's taking up space. Overall nice place though"

"These guys will rob you. when they offer you a price for your New clothes. The customer service is garbage when even buying from them. Stay away from shopping here. They are not for the people. Definitely NOT shopping here again."

"I would give this location a one star if it was possible. I’ve gone in there SO many times to purchase items and love to recycle, but the staffing is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The older woman with mousy brown hair and glasses is the absolute WORST. Sooooo rude and soooo unhelpful. The Clifton Park location wins in selection and staff. I know this is “recycle and discount”, but you’re still being paid to be decent and somewhat helpful. Avoid this location if you can. I know so many who have dropped this location and I am one of those people now too. Also, whomever owns this spot may want to look at all the one star reviews with similar complaints. Plato’s is the pattern here…rude and not accommodating."
