"I always get good Service from this location. When I call in with questions they answer and explain everything clearly. There is two ladies I deal with one is Natalie. The other young lady office is near the Teller area on the right hand side very sweet fair color skin small and has a short haircut. I Forgot her name she is Muti-task can do banking and work the Teller Window. I found out her Name, it is Altavia. No Business is perfect they all have their flaws but this location is better than a low rating. Keep up the good work guys."

"How disappointing. I have been banking with Truist for years, yet this was the worst branch I have visited. I called with my questions and they told me I needed to be in person to fix the issues. I just moved to the Charlotte area and I sat for 45 minutes, a teller told me to wait for one of the 3 bankers to help. The first banker Brendan W proceeded to take phone calls and then work on his computer with multiple customers in the chairs directly outside of his office. He then left the bank while I was still waiting to helped. When asked if he could help me his response was that “he was done for the day.” Customer Service is at the bottom of importance for this location. Safe to say I will stick to South Park location. What a horrible Friday afternoon. The Branch leader Alex Mills was the only helpful person in the entire building that did not have an attitude towards helping their customers. He was patient, polite and very responsive. If you have to use this location, definitely connect with Alex to get anything done!"

"SunTrust is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. By far! They put seven day holds on my work checks because they suspect fraud for who knows why. They're cards just stop working. Which has made be run out of gas on I77 with my dog in the car. My card wouldn't go through when I was going to purchase a new car. Which makes me look bad and plus I couldn't go home with the car! And couldnt use the card to uber home. The lady at the front desk asked me if she could order a new card for me, and I said that would be great. Over a week goes by. I go into deposit a check and ask about the card. They say it wasn't even ordered. While that lady is just sitting there with a smirk on her face like its funny. Wish I looked into the reviews before I banked with them... definitely understand why they have a 1 star rating. It takes a lot to get a one star rating. But if I could leave no stars I would. Can't wait to close my account tomorrow. And bank with a real bank."
