Dunkin' 9 South Parkwood Drive, Clifton Park, NY 12065

"The cutest little Dunkin’. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find “my” Dunkin’ to frequent, and this might be it! The staff are always friendly, and super quick. I ordered through the app for a walk-in, as my car doesn’t always love drive-thrus. When I got there, I saw how long the drive-thru line was, and decided to wait in my car a little longer rather than go in and make them feel overwhelmed if my order wasn’t ready. When I went in, my whole order was ready and conveniently packaged (I had ordered 5 drinks and was dreading having to figure out how to carry them, but the workers had made it easier by balancing the weight within a carrying tray). Sure, some would argue that they’re “just doing their job” by making my order and packaging it, but I have had far worse experiences and I really appreciate this Dunkin’ for being efficient and kind."

"Kind enough to close at 2 PM for maintenance and the only note was on the drive thru speaker. I mean come on, Who closes at the middle of the day?"

"I give five stars from the perspective of the owner of the store. The new staff kept costs under control. I almost always come here to buy breakfast before going to work, the staffs are efficient and friendly. But a new employee gave me a latte that looked like someone else had. I asked her why too less, she replied because I order less ice."

"Ordered a bagel and coffee...Gave a 4 dollar tip on a 6 dollar order.....Coffee was completely full of grinds .Made me almost vomit"
