"Now, I love Sam's club..... But the receipt checking needs to stop. I paid for my stuff. I don't HAVE to show you ANYTHING and once I'm out those doors you can't follow me anyway. So what are they going to do? Call the police and be make fools of yourselves? It's actually Walmart policy that people aren't forced to stop at the door.... so why are we being forced to stand in a long line to show you that we paid for our items? Stop wasting our time."

"Absolutely great shopping experience yesterday, from customer service, pharmacy and checkout. Very helpful. And a great and trusted auto department for tires last week. Thank you"

"Normally we receive great service from the employees, however today, we didn't. I had a problem scanning something at self check out. I pushed the Get Help button and waited. We saw a girl coming towards us and thought it was our help. She cruised on by. I said, "excuse me, can you help us? " She stopped abruptly, gave us a death glare, rolled her eyes and said OK. She was clearly unhappy. I told her the situation and she said, "you need to go get another one." I asked if I could clear out the items I already scanned while I went to get a different one. She hit the X button, cleared the screen and she was done with me. She was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered at Sam's. I wish I had gotten her name but I was so shocked at her attitude, I failed to do so. Sam's, she made your store look bad."

"On October 23rd, my husband went into Sam's in Goldsboro and paid for a battery for our car and 2 tires that had to be ordered. He was told that he would be called in 2-3 days to come have the tires put on the car. A week later, I went to Sam's because we had received no call. I asked about it and was told in the tire center that the tires had not been ordered. Sooo.....the manager was called over to "assess" the situation and I ended up being given a $50 gift card and I watched the attendant order the tires. I was told when I asked that I would get a call within, again, 2-3 days. I was satisfied and felt that they had made up for their mistake. Today, a week and a day later, my husband went to get the tires on, WITHOUT A CALL FROM SAMS, and was told that the tires had not been paid for. I was LIVID. I called Sam's and the attendant then told me that the tires had not been paid for. The managers found our receipt. Now...my husband was there from 8 am ...it is now 12pm. They have JUST gotten around to the tires and parked the car away from the door....THEY COULD SEE THAT MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED...and he could not even find the car. I will change my card to a COSTCO card. I do not recommend Sam's for tires."

"Stop by Sam’s Club on the way home from the beach today. Saturday is definitely not the time to go to Sam’s. Oh my goodness the amount of people it was like a constant traffic jam every aisle he went on. But of course they do have some pretty good deals on charcoal, meat another plus for going on the weekend is all the free samples. We love the scan and go. Only issue with the skin and you need to make sure The meat department has labeled all the items. The other issue with this store is the access. There’s no direct road yet to go through what feels like back roads to get to it. Lots of traffic."
