"I’m sorry to report that my flu vaccine administered by the WOODFIN CVS has caused a painful SIRVA ( That stands for shoulder injury related to vaccine administration). We noticed the vaccines were unusually high on the arm. Much higher than the normal deltoid location. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s totally debilitating so far. With luck it will eventually subside. But it seems that this injury can cause permanent damage to the shoulder. Watch the location. It’s important."

"Give Matt the pharmacist a raise. Holy smokes. If this man isn’t making the big bucks, this company is truly crooked. I’ve been coming to this phamacy for years and have never had a phamacist as attentive and caring as Matthew. I’ve watched Matthew help a woman birth her child in the parking lot and have that child a sweater hand knitted before the paramedics could even arrive. He ran after me in the parking lot once just because he forgot to tell me to have a great day. I was in the drive through line once and I realized my tire was flat. Before I could even put it in park, Matt was walking around the building with a brand new tire, jack, and impact wrench. Absolutely incredible. Give this kid the keys to the kingdom and he’ll lead this company to the promised land. If you stop by this store, be sure to ask for Matt the Magic Man! ✨"

"While in this CVS to pick up medication, pharmacist Matthew Barnes was in such a hurry to close up and go home that he caused issues with getting a prescription filled, while talking poorly about customers on the phone to both coworkers and other customers. His incompetence resulted in not being able to get a young girls flu medicine, and reflected poorly on the amount of caring of CVS pharmacy. However, it seems he learned from store manager, Jason Erwin, who also couldn't be bothered to use any management skills to resolve anything. For a company that claims "Health is everything" the employees of this store seem to follow "Health is everything but not if we are going home soon.""

"Terrible pharmacy customer service! Store manager Jason Erwin is also very unprofessional and speaks badly of customers to other staff members who are in the phone trying to get assistance. Pharmacist Matthew Barnes was also overheard saying he doesn't get paid to work past closing time to another employee when a customer was begging for their medication 2 minutes after 6:00pm. I highly recommend using a different pharmacy."
