"Hand sanitzer was empty, no hand cleaning station of any kind. The fact that in 2024 an industry leading restaurant thinks that little of the need to clean your hands before touching and eating your food is unacceptable. Washing hands in the bathroom and than touching dirty door handles is not a good option. Clean ingredients, freshly made that's great, how about clean hands? You difintely have the funds to invest in hand cleaning station, get it done, if you really care about your customers health that is."

"I needed a late notice catering for a business breakfast and lunch. I was a little out of their area but they were more than willing to help me out. I received exceptional service and reassurance when I called and spoke with Joe regarding my dilemma. He was professional and helpful. I wish I could have gotten the other names of who I dealt with ( I had to call and increase my order the day of and they were able to do it! ) The delivery man was right on time for both deliveries and was very pleasant. My first time using them for business purposes and now will be our go to place! Food was delicious and I know I can clearly count on them for providing a great experience."

"Women in the drive thru the morning of 1/20 was talking about going home, in the drive thru on her phone trying to to find a ride. She was wearing a dirty sweat suit. Someone else inside that I couldn't see was swearing in the drive thru. Food was ok. Staff seems unhappy."

"I really like taking my family here. We order at the kiosk, find a table, and have our meal without interaction from other people. We can stay immersed in our own conversation. The food choices are varied and healthy, served hot, and fresh. I like the nutrition information and consistency of portion sizes. I have diabetes and I'm watching my weight so this is important to me. Sometimes, they run out of specific items, usually sides or certain breads, I try to get there by 5pm. Also, the hot water isn't always hot, but they will fix quickly when informed. I've gone here several times and plan to continue to do so."

"This Panera Bread location is great. The establishment is clean and tidy. The customer service is great. And the food is cooked fresh and timely. I purchased a large coffee and a brioche bacon egg over easy breakfast sandwich and they were delicious."
