"We were traveling from Alabama and had an emergency and tried to call to cancel the reservation. It took forever before someone answered and they said they wouldn’t refund any of the money and just kept telling me if I booked it through a third party to be sure and cancel there. I explained multiple times that I booked it directly on their website. I guess they wanted to keep my money and try to rent out the room to someone else to get paid twice. I do not recommend dealing with these people."

"The place was disgusting, we stayed overnight and ended up going to a different hotel. The shower was covered in mildew and the floors weren't mopped or swept. It smelt aweful and the beds smelt like smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room because of my son's asthma. They claimed every room was a nonsmoking environment but with how sensitive my son is to smoke we quickly found that to be incorrect. This is definitely not a children friendly place to stay."

"Absolutely horrible. I left my belongings inside my room to go and take my kids out for a day of fun, when I came back half of my belongings been ransacked and half my things had gone missing, then when I contacted the authorities they took the report then that following morning, I was banned from coming back and kicked off the premises. Their electrical sockets in the room were damagerous and a hazard to my children and were wrapped in black electrical tape."

"We were in Franklin to help our son and girlfriend move a couple of items to their new home. It was short notice and we arrived late. Everyone was very easy to work with. The hotel is older, but it is kept up and as clean as possible. We have two dogs, and they accept pets for a fee per pet. We would definitely stay there again. Especially if we have our dogs with us! Thanks for the great service!"
