"I can't get any of my banking done unless I go to the bank in person, because their phone line is one of those automated ones where you have to listen, mash buttons & hope you end up where you need to be. I'm locked out of my account & now I'm going to have to go to the bank to unlock it. Unlocking your account shouldn't be so difficult as it's very easy to lock yourself out. The harder they make it to do simple tasks the more I question why I chose this bank in the first place. At least get a real person on your phone lines. Horrible."
