While working on a home refinance, every employee I encountered gave me bad/incorrect information or simply failed to do their job effectively. Every aspect of the loan process was a complete nightmare. I will never get another loan through this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away."

"ATM located outside of terminal. You have to walk through the smoking section to get to the ATM. What sense does that make for people with Asthma or other conditions? It's very unsettling!! My suggestion is to put the ATM inside the terminal. Make it make sense please!!!!"

"Had to order a new card after a fraud attempt on my account. Went into location to withdraw cash and they could not do. They advised me to go to another bank (Piedmont Advantage CU) to get cash out. Very inconvenient. If I cant take cash out from my actual bank then I may as well bank with the other credit union?, because what's the point. Why even remain open if you can't assist your own customers??"

"I work for American Airlines. The credit union is on site at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Easy to get to and accessible when at work. Fees at the credit Union are the best! They understand that life happens and will work with you during your credit repair stages. They offer a Holiday Loan during the Holidays, that will help with Holiday financial needs. You don’t need perfect credit to obtain it. Last and most important is the friendliness and level of professionalism that the staff and team members portray. It has been said for many years that credit unions are better than banks....I know that American Airlines exceeds that mark!!"
