"Cannot express enough how helpful Kaitlyn was!! I mistakenly received the wrong order from DoorDash and she personally made sure that the correct order got to me INCLUDING offering to send it to me in an Uber! After passing it off to another DoorDasher, she continued to check in with me until I was able to confirm I received my food. I was not expecting such over the top customer service and she really made my night - Thank you Kaitlyn!!"

"The fault is on Uber Eats and Taco Bell- we had delivery ordered. This is the third time through Uber eats, and 2 full meal items were missing. Taco Bell's wouldn't answer the phone, the delivery driver didn't answer, and Uber eats said oh well, you have to eat the cost. So- the food we did get was good- who doesn't love some junk Taco Bell, but I did end up reporting it to my bank as Uber eats was very unpleasant, and created a fraudulent situation. When you buy something and pay for it, and don't recieve it- it leave a bad taste."

"This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to in my life the workers there do not pay you any mind when you’re trying to stand online to receive your food. Everyone is in the back having fun and partying when you ask a question they ignore you every time I go here I’m waiting 45 minutes just for two tacos"

"Every time I go to this place, the service is horrible. These two men didn’t acknowledge me in the 30 minutes that I was at this place, waiting on my order and waiting to place my order. They held a conversation to themselves the entire time that I was there 2 other customers came in while I was there, and the same thing happened to them. They were not acknowledge so they walked out. I am actually waiting for some tacos that took 30 minutes before they even place my order. This place is horrible every time I go. this services are disgusting demanding, and even look at what I pay for. He just asked me did I need a cup or not so nasty and sarcastic."

"The worst Service . I didn’t even get sour creams on my supreme meals . They had my phone sitting . Only thing worth buying is soda . Cleo the so called manager must only managed tomatoes because my whole meal should be refunded . This staff definitely is worth $12 an hour. I work for $24 an hour and produce more food in a shorter time. No communication with the worst burrito roller alive. I seen cashier step in the back and handle food without gloves. If they worked on my line at the restaurant EVERYONE WOULD BE REPLACED ."
