"These are not NY bagels. They’re soft and fluffy like a roll. Also, they got my order wrong. I rarely check the receipt but glad I did. But even after that, my sandwich wasn’t exactly what I ordered. They didn’t seem too bothered about it"

"I order for the delivery my food came after 1 hour. I asked for iced coffee instead they send me hot coffee. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado and chipotle sauce but no. I called customer service they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and hung up. I called again and a guy say they busy and cannot do anything. Bad customer service. Horrible there are better places of where to get good food. Is not about price but quality."

"My husband had a craving for a bagel- fresh bagels. Came here and was not disappointed. Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and butter with some other specifications. They followed them exactly and my bagel was perfect. Could of used a bit more cream cheese but they probably did me a favor by not giving me more. They have pastries - cakes, cheese cake and cannolis. The cannolis weee good however the small ones only had filling in the ends and not in the middle - which I have never experienced in my decades of eating cannolis. Ordered a plain bagel and that was Laos very good. They have espresso, coffee, smoothies, and lattes. I had a black coffee which was very good- a nice robust, full bodied medium roast. I was surprised it was a good as it was. Would definitely recommend. They are usually open 24 hours. This is a good spot for a late night bite after a local night out."

"It’s a beautiful start to a Saturday family morning to have on the table tasty bagels, home fries, and tater tots from the delicious Sweet Bagels. They have a very friendly staff there, but understaffed and we had a long wait for our food. My best compliments to the hard workers at Sweet Bagels, and an especially big thank you for the amazing and delicious meal we all enjoyed on this morning."
