"25 min for a burger. They go out of their way to ask how you want your burger cooked, only to crisp it to a hockey puck. Meat was gray and dry… super well done. Price is nuts… 20$ for a burger which is TINY. Staff waited until my burger was done to drop my fries… OG burger joint in midtown is great. This place is trash. Hurts the brand."

"Burger Joint opened at industry City and brought its long-time tasty burger from Columbus Circle area to Brooklyn. Their menu is short, but it covers enough variety of regular and vegetarian items as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Their burgers are always good. The only downside is that the place is too busy yet too understaffed, so the dining area could get a bit messy."
