"Arrived at 2;32pm. The place closes at 3pm per the sign, and No additional sign on door indicating otherwise. OK, went to Dunkin instead. Nice people inside I'm sure, and I realize they are working hard. This is a criticism of management, not employees. The labor shortage exists, yes. Then change your signage to indicate that you are not doing what you say you will do. Pretend you care about your franchise and your customers. Otherwise, your competitors will eat your lunch."
