"The entire staff was very nice. Lindsey at the front desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The housekeepers and the food service persons were great. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. Clean rooms."

"We got acusused of smoking in the room when we don't smoke due to the smell or our prufume and clone I lost my $100 deposit and this is the second time because the last time we were there we were charged for a dog that never came in the building and they never pulled the cameras to check when requested the owners are ripping peopel off if was a nice looking place but to be acused of smoking and leaveing ashes when we dont smoke is crazy I am a choice hotel employee striped my own beds and removed trash from cans and the comforter was ripped and stained and they still changed me more. Only speculation but I feel like it was because we're an lgbtq+ family"

"Beautiful room with a fireplace. Breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and other continental items. Great location. The hotel itself is lovely and staff was attentive."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel. The Rooms are very clean and updated. Each time I have came I see more updates. The entire staff including Management are friendly and helpful. Great Customer Service. The prices are impressive. I have stayed in many very expensive Hotels and wasn’t impressed as I was with Quality Inn & Suites, Hendersonville."

"I was expecting something a bit less quality due to the affordable price but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in! The staff were very nice and check in was fast. The indoor pool was a added bonus. The room was just slightly musky but that disappeared once I adjusted ac. Room was exceptionally clean! There was a free breakfast buffet that offered all the standard items. This is really my only complaint, the scrambled eggs were just not tasty and I would suggest maybe preparing them with better quality eggs. But overall this was a great experience and yes I would definitely stay again!"
