"Fun & easy hikeable spot. Good for kids. Trail is nice, wide, and mild. Lots of creeks to wade in. Many trees to climb. Beautiful foliage to photograph. Would love to go back without the kids and try the whole trail."

"Beautiful and easy hike. Mostly pretty flat. The trail was covered in tree roots and lots of spots were muddy (it had just rained), so that slowed our family down a bit. The 3.2 mile loop took us about 1 hour and 40 minutes."

"Very easy, beautiful hiking trails. A total of 3 miles on the inner loop and 5 total for the outer loop. The trail is rather bumpy due to tree roots and rocks, so watch your step. It's muddy in some areas and had one shallow creek crossing, so wear appropriate shoes. Large field for outdoor activities, including picnic and grill areas. Public bathrooms are acceptable (though you may want to pack toilet paper just in case they are out). Tent camping is allowed. Mountain biking is allowed during winter months (October-April, I believe)."

"Lovely hike. We did 6 miles today. Many roots otherwise easy stepping. Walking bridges to cross creeks, very nice. Just a peaceful day."

"Lovely hike with pups and kids but those 5 plus miles took a long time since we were exploring, taking pics, etc. We should have packed more snacks and water! All of us had a great time though and enjoyed many spots of water flow throughout."
