"Worst Dunkin’s Donuts I’ve been to! They messed my coffee up and didn’t give me the coffee I paid for! My glaze donut tasted like a blueberry muffin and the people working there are clearly there just for a check and don’t take their job serious! This Dunkin Donuts definitely needs an upgrade with workers who actually care about their job and actually care about customers!!"

"Long wait in an empty store because no one was checking mobile orders. Lots of employees behind the counter but not a lot of service. Maybe employees aren't being treated well because at least one is saying they are very very unhappy to be here, very loudly. Baked goods were mostly gone. The actual order was correct once I got it."

"My Coffee order is always consistently wrong. I pay extra for espresso shots that are never added to my coffee. I order midnight but receive original. The staff is always friendly but the orders are always wrong and the wait time is slow even when they’re not busy. Do better."

"Big let down. The service was friendly even if it sat on the verge of boredom. The ham and cheese croissant was flakey (as it should be) but the overall composition was just sad. The chai was terrible. The location itself was clean inside and outside, to be sure, but freezing inside so instead of a cozy few minutes in a happy space with a nice vibe, I ate in my car."

"Horrible missing top slice of my sour dough breakfast sandwich cheese stuck to the top of cardboard smashed. The one piece I did get was dry and cold missing several items 2 wake up wraps and a bagel with cream cheese. People went without because of these missing items. I don't know how this place stays open with people serving food like that. How does this happen like you can't see something is missing before you close the box and crush it in the small bag you put it in. Picture says I can't make this up. Whoever hired the people or person that made and bagged my order needs to find another line of work. I don't know how you could have fit all 11 items in here I ordered if I managed to get them all. You smashed 8 items in there though."
