"Very modern furniture, pretty, simple shape, but uncomfortable. Tiny room, refrigerator was on max, water was warm after the whole night. Maybe if they did not hide the fridge inside a cabinet, it would work. Ever seen a fridge that was black inside? Odd. Otherwise the food was decent, staff was great, friendly. Close to the highway"
"This facility was warm and inviting. Accommodations were clean and well supplied. The best part is they even have a restaurant and bar! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the service from Flores and Navy, servers in the bar/ restaurant. They made us feel welcomed and like friends!"
"I came with my family and reserved 2 rooms. The room I had with my wife was excellent. Zero complaints. Unfortunately, the room my parents had came with 2 cockroaches. My father also complained about having woken up to red marks on his arms and legs. We are not sure if he has bed bugs or not given that they didn't itch later in the day. Staff was notified of the bugs and offered another room but my parents feared they would find bugs in another room and asked that staff just clean while we were out."
"Excellent overall stay. Clean room with very comfy bed. All staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast buffet handled by Kisha was a great start to our day. Visited Biltmore and it was a short and easy ride."
"Overall a great experience. Location is perfect. While it is across the street from the outlets, it's roughly 5-7 minute drive into downtown. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. Room had 2 queen beds, spacious, and quiet throughout the night. The only noise we heard was in the morning as other guests were starting to get ready but noise was minimal and not intrusive. Two minor cons with the hotel: -construction right next door that started promptly at 8am (on a SUNDAY). Obviously a temporary situation as it will stop once completed. - Personal issue: only pillow options provided were super soft, squishy, and hold no support. Not ideal if you prefer a little firmness to a pillow. Called the front desk and ask if there were any firm pillows. Another was brought immediately but still same softness. *If you prefer a soft pillow, then this can be ignored!* Would certainly stay again on the next trip."
