"Be very careful applying for a loan here, particularly HELOC. First Bank loan officer, Melissa, was great to work with, but their underwriters & middle managers need to revisit their risk management classes & finance courses. They get all set & ready to close, then wham, some underwriter & manager determines there's not enough insurance on the house!! They quote values in the appraisal, which CLEARLY STATES THESE $ ARE NOT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES!! Yet, they want to cover the replacement cost to include a complete concrete slab & pavers in the replacement cost, which is ludicrous!!!AND EVEN WORSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF THE REAL VALUE OF LAND 3 BLKS FROM THE BEACH ! DON'T GO THERE. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!"

"We've been with this bank for about 6 months. The only reason we gi e a 4 instead of 5 is because of being closed on Saturday and having to wait so long for a check to go thru. But we do like our bank and plan sticking with them for the long run"
