"I called today and an actual person answered and was courteous and polite. This is very rare in this day and time and much appreciated! I am disappointed though after explaining my lack of coverage with my current provider and an incident that happened to my fiancée that they only set me up with $50,000 coverage on my $70,000 Corvette. If I would have had an accident, I would be out about $20,000 out of pocket. I had to read the fine print to catch that. This is why I sought out an agent, so that they could make sure I have the coverage I need and not just mirror my old policy. I still maintain that they were courteous but be sure to do your own research and read the fine print or you may wind up with not enough coverage. I will find another agency that I feel comfortable with."

"You should be happy to get 1 star. Truly horrific non-existent customer service. There are a lot of better options When you apply for a home loan to find out you still have insurance with Allstate but they sent you to a collection agency for a policy where I had sold a motorcycle. My bill was on auto-pay through their website. I received one email that $87 dollars were due. I figured it would be paid with the autopay. We have always had a phone conversation anytime we had a change to the policy or any updates. Instead, Scott H. Todd Insurance agency sent the bill to a hard-core collection agency. Does not even have the decency to pick up the phone and call you. The receptionist loathed the fact she jacked the credit score of one of their high net worth clients. If this happened to anyone else please leave a review and I will contact you."
