"Have been a CTFCU customer for almost 2 decades now. Friendly staff, great customer benefits, generally quick and efficient service. Most of the other banks in MB have changed ownership or names multiple times. Not CTFCU. My husband and I have built relationships with long time employees. Several locations. Love having the benefits of a credit union as opposed to a regular bank. We have checking accounts, saving accounts, joint accounts, youth accounts for our daughters. Have gotten loans, wire transfers, checks cashed, money orders, etc. Great financial institution!!"

"Had a great experience for almost a decade. Everyone there is very nice except for Hazel. I didn’t have a whole lot of interactions with her, but the few that I did have over the years were always negative. I’m always very respectful and pleasant with everybody there and everyone else that worked there were very respectful and very polite but Hazel did not treat me with respect and was not polite. She has a bad attitude and it seemed as if she would be talking down to me, basically making me not feel welcome. If not for her, I would have given a five star review."
