"They always been there for me when I needed it. I miss Jesse. But this last time when I had pay off my loan, I put it in the paperwork to open a new loan a couple of months later and everything on the 26th of last month. I did everything I was supposed to do the signature and everything all through email But the person that was handling my paperwork forgot to send me my stuff so I could sign it so I had to wait until The 29th of last month took complete my paperwork. Why because it was a weekend of Friday then I have two incomes From the same place, but they only use one of my incomes instead of both of my incomes, and then my money was deposited into my account until 12 o’clock midnight the next day that they got sucks"

"The assistant district manager is overwhelmed and stressed out and it shows The knowledge of the simple questions he can not answer - they have a new system every time I go in there and a new set of rules They try to upsale you on insurance and other added fees so bad they will tell a lie to get you to get it or keep it - it should not take 3 hours to renew your loan - bad experience every visit I tried to give them a chance before I left a review but there’s no change!"
