"Don't get me wrong the location beautiful gorgeous the room on the other hand my goodness the beds was okay there was no coffee pot was crazy they had no nightstands no fridgerator no drink machine your snack machine"

"Worst hotel ever, lights didn’t work, no bedside table, no working outlets, coffee maker didn’t work, no drink machines, towels were dingy, no conditioner, texted like the email said, no response. Will never stay in this hotel."

"we got a lakeside view. the room was clean when we arrived. the ac stopped working but was fixed within the hour. room service was also quick to replace our towels."

"Beautiful area and beautiful landscape in the Smoky Mountains. The folks at Lakeside are super nice! Their food at the buffet could hardly have been better. The Lodge itself is very old and is in desperate need of renovation."
