"The quality of their food and service has decreased tremendously from when they opened. The salad is good when they do actually get it right. People making the salad always have a huge attitude. I ordered a two salads from them. They sent the first salad with just lettuce and dressing. Even tho they charged extra for the toppings. The second salad had bugs in it. Horrible experience every time."

"I order from here about once a week. I always do the online order and start heading there right away, my food is always ready by the time I get there. The food is always good - high quality ingredients, and makes me feel like I'm eating healthy which is always nice!"

"The salads are good…when they get your order right. As many of the other posters have said, I get the correct order about 50% of the time. Sometimes it’s a little something they forget, but sometimes they will use a completely different protein than I asked for. It’s getting to be a bit too much screwing up even if the salads are good. May want to look elsewhere than this location if you want to get what your order."

"Trash... I dont leave too many reviews but I'm fed up with this place. I keep ordering from here expecting different (better) results but it always disapoints. I listed the issues I've had over the past few orders alone... 1. Ordered chicken Caesar salad and they didn't put chicken in it. It was just lettuce and dressing. 2. No bread. Everyone is my office orders bread with their orders and we never receive bread. 3. I order sparkling water every time and I think they got the order right twice. They send flat water just about every time. It got to the point where I would write notes in the order stating I want sparkling water (See pic) and guess what? They still send me flat water. 4. And this past order looked like they bathed my salad in a gross 300 gallon vat of dressing before putting it in the container. There was a puddle at the bottom and I could not finish eating the salad. FYI - ordered medium dressing amount mixed in. If you are physically at the restaurant, maybe you will have a better experience since you have control over the order in person. But even so, just like others have said in their reviews, prices have gone up and quality has gone down hill. Avoiding this place moving forward. Significantly better options out there."
