"Went on the Thanksgiving day and people were standing, sign at the window saying computer system is down, Cash only. Stood there for 5 minutes no one greated me. The front counter was completely empty with food, but many rotisserie in the oven. 9 people standing behind the register unprofessionally. I just didn't like $16 individual meal when the door sign saying cash only because computer is down. Something strange for me to purchase anything. Went to different place."
"I would rate higher, but I am unable to log into the site to order. The poor manager at Bethpage NY does not have enough help. She is doing an amazing job with her available help. She is unable to take orders by phone since she is too busy. This brings me to my issue logging into the website. I cleared my browser cache and used different browsers, but even the phone's browser exhibits the same issue. The authentication service has a problem with my account. I may not be buying Boston Market for a while."
"Food was decent, regular Boston Market flavored food. The people were nice, although it felt they may be a bit understaffed as there was one person working two line positions. The restaurant dining area felt bare. Less tables than normal and the soda machine had all but 2 sodas out of service, including the iced tea machine on the side. Next time, I'd prefer take out from this location."
