"LET THIS REVIEW BE THE REASON YOU DONT GO HERE !!!!!! We were a large party sitting down. You figure that they would be used to that. Right from the start, they were pissed. We wanted to do separate checks, they wound up splitting the table and giving us two different waiters, who were extremely annoyed, and were huffing and puffing, about doing their job. I didn’t want to come here to begin with because the reviews are terrible. I played it safe and got fried rice, and soup. I was waiting for my rice to come to eat my soup. My rice comes, everything happened so fast I didn’t notice he took my soup. He comes back and I say, “excuse me, you took my soup, I was going to eat it with my rice” he tells me he’ll get a new one. I watch him walk past our table into the grey DIRTY PLATE BIN, (the bin where they put the dirty plates after they take them off the table) he takes out two bowls and comes back and says “which one was yours?” I was so baffled that I watched this happen, I didn’t even know what to say. I told him I didn’t know, and was obviously not going to eat any of that either way. My sister yells at him and tells him it’s gross, and he said he’ll get a new one. About ten minutes later he brings a new one, which again, I did not touch, and after the brought it, he stared at me the whole time, and watched me. Not only is that a health hazard, he was rude about it, and I still payed for it. ALSO because we did separate checks, on every check, he wrote in a tip amount. $17 on one, $25 on another, and so on. That’s ridiculous. He probably knew he was going to get tipped poorly. I am truly disgusted. This place should be shut down. An absolute disgrace."
"Not happy. Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've had on Long Island and literally wasted $80 on it. I asked for crispy chicken for the General Tzo's and Sesame Chicken (both $22 a dish)... the flavor was not good and the chicken was mushy. I went to eat it literally 5 minutes after picking it up and waited for the food in the restaurant - therefore it wasn't left to get mushy... it came that way. The small ribs for $25 are pathetic and mostly fatty - Not good. The Chicken Lo-mein was fine. I'm disgusted. Then they wanted to charge an extra 3% for credit card - So I slapped down a $100 and left. Never returning and my youthful memories are ruined forever. Go to Hunan Dynasty in East Meadow - You'll get your money's worth. This was embarrassing."
"This is the last time I ever step foot in this place. The food was average however what pissed me off was the service. Our waiter was not overly attentive. Needed to ask for water multiple times, food was brought out haphazardly instead of all at once. What however really pissed me off was I tipped the waiter 15% in cash. I felt it was fair based on the level of service. The waiter looks at me and says "That's all?" meaning the tip. I reply that yes that is all. The waiter then takes the tip and throws it back on the table in total disgust. Fine, you don't want my tip then I am taking it back. I've heard of others complain as well about the wait staff at this place as well. Absolutely poor customer service and I will never return."
"It was our first time their love the Decore of the restaurant the food portions were great the food was amazing including the homemade egg rolls took food home.
