"I dunno. I ordered for pickup over $70 in food on the app. My burger was loaded yet for some reason lacked taste… almost bland. My son’s kid burger had a dry stale bun that I had to change out in my house for a Martins potato bun. My wife’s mushroom swiss veggie burger had bacon on it lol. I double checked the order and the menu… bacon is NOT supposed to be on it. So overall, considering they are priced closer to a gourmet burger shop, I expected better. I’m going to take a break from these guys for awhile."

"I ordered chicken tenders and I didn’t choose any sauce by mistake so I got nothing instead. Who give tenders with out sauce of any kind , I called the manager at wantauge and the response was the customer usually chooses the sauce for the chicken tenders. Listen up here, OK!!! EVERY CUSTOMER WANTS SAUCE WITH CHICKEN TENDERS DONT DO THIS AGAIN! WHere is your managers head at ? I called also and not even a refund !"

"Actually my first time at a Smashburger - I was pleasantly surprised... the burgers were pretty tasty! Honestly, the high pricing at these burger joints always bothers me - especially when they don't come with fries. Spending $40 on two burgers, a side of tots and a large drink is ludicrous! Again, the burgers were good and tasted fresh. Visually pleasing as well. Smash-tots were actually the star of the show... a garlic rosemary flavored, petite potato puff of crispy love - that's what we're dealing with here. Location is clean, dining inside or out. I'd recommend if you don't mind a high price meal. **UPDATE** Had a last minute late night meal here and it was again pretty decent. Had the double burnt ends burger and it was a lot better than I expected it to be. Still unhappy that I spent about $70 on 5 burgers; but it was better than faster food."

"I went to Smashburger in Wantagh and ordered a classic double stack burger, single classic smash burger, smash fries, and smash tots. This was the worst location I have ever been to! Everything I received was beyond greasy which you can clearly see in the picture. My fries were glistening from the grease and everything I tried tasted like a mouthful of oil. I was beyond disappointed with the quality of service. My food wasn’t even hot. I received everything cold and I couldn’t eat the smash tots and smash fries so I asked for a refund. I forced myself to eat the burger but I refused to eat the sides. Luckily the manager refunded me for the fries and tots, but I still spent money on those disgusting burgers which totaled about $19. Save your money and avoid this location unless you want a heart attack from all the grease."
