"This was a super cute campground. It started out as a good experience, but we were a little less than impressed with some of the services/management. When we arrived the manager turned on the potable water connection and the water ran rusty for a 20 seconds… we decided not to drink the water. The camper next to us as had two dogs inside that whined and barked incessantly from 4am until we left at 11. When we got up we went to shower and there was no hot water. My husband went to call the manager who would not answer his phone. Even though he was on his phone lots when he came out of his camper. The manager stated there was no hot water because they were out of propane and was more concerned if we had paid for the night than he was if we enjoyed are stay, and told us to shower in our RV (which does not work) We get it, things happen like being out of propane, but we weren’t very impressed with the response"

"The man who runs this place is wonderful and very kind. Has nice hot showers, mail room, propane, sits on the river. Quiet and they care about their tenants who stay here. Always going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable in your lot."

"Nice campground. 55 sites. Most sites are occupied by monthly tenants. All sites are back in towards the river. There is lots of room in front of most sites to easily backup into a site. (I had a 29 foot tow-trailer.) Water, Sewer and 30, 50, 15 connections on each of the new sites. Bath house was clean (at least the men's portion was). Small Laundry onsite 8 quarters to wash or dry."

"I've been here since January and I have nothing but good things to say. Josh is very professional and shows great leniency toward the longer term residents such as ourselves. No issues. On the water, people here make you feel welcomed. Very fair pricing."
