"The lines are so long, and they never get the orders right. I'm so sick of complaining there - I feel like a broken record. I come back because the food is good... when it's right! I dislike the people coming up to your car window to take your order - Call me old fashioned, but I'm a 'I like to look at the menu' kinda guy. I think they're still getting their ducks in a row, so fairly new... I'm not in the business of wasting money though. I won't say stay away; but I will say buyer beware."

"Staff is unhelpful and have very poor attitudes. They don’t even come up to your car for 5-10 min. Not even a “sorry give us a few minutes” they just won’t speak to you.. And they pretty much always say they’re out of something. Whether it’s mac and cheese, brownies, wraps, etc. I’ve seen it all and they have been open barely a few months!!! How can you leave me waiting for a total of 35 min. and not even give me the right food cause “you’re all out” AND not even give the correct amount of items you order. Not to mention forget your drink! Totally unprofessional. Food is fine, not as good as other locations.."

"The food is delicious here, however I did a Mobil order and was not able to choose ant sauces for the multiple things I bought. I then assumed that it was already in the bag or I will be asked upon pick up. When I was not asked I thought it was in the bag. Unfortunately, there was none. Not even ketchup for the fries! We were very disappointed when I got home and it was time to eat. I did have a salad and the dressing was there so that was good. All in all it could be much better."

"Always go here since it’s by my house - this particular time at the drive through when ordering my sandwich on a gluten free bun they said it was going to be a little wait. ( I have to be gluten free so i had to wait & did not mind waiting) The employees were super kind and friendly, they kept coming up to the car keeping us updated on when the sandwich was going to be ready and apologized every time. We got the rest of our order in the mean time. When they brought us the sandwich they again apologized & were nice enough to even bring us 2 little desserts and voucher for our next visit!!! From the moment we entered the drive through and ordered at the pick up window, to the employee brining us our food as we waited in the parting lot, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We really appreciated this great service."

"Haven’t had chic fil a breakfast before so decided to come try it at their new location. I like that the parking lot is set up for easy access and no bottlenecks between the drive thru and in store parking like the one in Westbury where I had to wait to back out for 5 minutes. Seems this location hires more high school students than the farmingdale location since that one is near the college. As such, the service here is a bit slower. The staff also has trouble with the cash register and doing substitutions. It’s a noticeably smaller location, no play area for kids and only 1 automated trash can but I thought the bathroom setup was smart with sinks outside for those who just want to wash their hands after the meal. Otherwise standard chic fil a experience"
