"Beyond disgusted. I had come in yesterday to pick up a to go order. As I was speaking with the guy behind the counter I heard yelling. In which I thought something so devasting just happened. I turned around to find this woman (believe her name is Joy who I believe to be the manager or owns the place with short blonde hair) flipping out on one of the YOUNG girls that works there because she was cleaning the countertop with the wrong napkins. I was beside myself that a grown woman would be so condescending, so incredibly rude to this girl over something so petty. To think that anyone could talk to there staff like that is beyond disgusting. It was like watching a bully attack an innocent kid. She should be ashamed of herself and really learn to do some self reflecting. I even told her she should apologize to the girl. Then she tells me shes not gonna do that. Not to mention she did this in front of a few other customers. Very unprofessional. My whole family goes here and many friends. I intend to tell them this. It's a shame because this is a great place. Nice ambiance with great food. But I will never support a place that accepts that type of behavior. God only knows now how she is wirh everyone else"

"My colleagues and I recently ordered food (salads and sandwiches) ahead as we were at a meeting close by but had limited time. After we arrived and paid we went to sit at one of the empty booths. We were immediately told by the man that we could not sit there without waitress service. We didn’t bring in outside food or drinks everything was purchased at the restaurant. He was rude and insisted that we were not permitted to sit and eat in the empty restaurant for 15 min. Not a great business practice. EDIT… ***i called the order in to eat in the restaurant …which I stated when I called. The area we “could”eat in was cold and we would have had to sit separately. Considering how many people were in the restaurant I can’t imagine anyone would have complained. We understand your policy now and certainly won’t return as we work local and there are other places that allow you to sit. Thank you for your response."

The prices are reasonable for the quantities and the service is to the point. The owner is very nice, courteous and friendly along with the manager and all the staff too. Go try it out, you won’t regret."

"I won a gift certificate at a raffle. The food was excellent and the people were just as good!!! Super friendly and they were attentive! I wish I lived closer but they’re next to my favorite bakery..DORTONI so I’m sure we’ll be back! Definitely a winner!"
