Their fries are always hot and never too salty. Not to mention their delicious shakes. Prices are comparable and the service is impeccable. No better burger have I found."

I had placed a takeout order and was waiting in a quiet area of the restaurant with my girlfriend, both of us engaged on our cellphones. Shortly thereafter, two customers chose to sit nearby. I responded by highlighting the louder ambient music in the restaurant and addressed the inappropriateness of her approach in a public setting. This interaction led the individual to complain to the restaurant manager. The manager approached me without any prior inquiry into the situation, instructing me to lower my volume. I pointed out the discrepancy in his approach, noting the louder background music and his apparent bias in handling the complaint. When asked if I had an order with the restaurant, I affirmed and proceeded to collect it, intending to leave. However, the manager's parting remark was hostile, telling me to leave his establishment. I responded calmly, stating my intention to exit without the need for hostility. This experience was particularly disheartening given my history of good rapport with the restaurant staff. On a previous occasion, I had amicably resolved an error in my order, demonstrating understanding and patience. The incident raises concerns about prejudicial treatment, possibly influenced by my accent, and a lack of professional conflict resolution skills. "Kicking people of your restaurant and make them feel less than, it's not the way to treat your customers! Is being latin a problem or having an accent? Seems like it. Remember, each one of your clients deserve your respect, specially if the client wasn't disrespectful"

"I got a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and fries. The burger itself was good however the grilled onions were slightly undercooked as they lacked the proper flavor that I've come to know and love from five guys. Anyways, onto the fries, which I have more concern with. For some context I ordered online and was waiting for them to put in the fries. However they did not have any fries made so they had to make some. And I don't know if my and another customers presence was too intimidating but the young gentleman operating the fryer did not leave the fries in for long enough. And now I'm left with some halfpoint between fry and potato and it's just not it man."
