Reviews
"Stayed here in mid-December. The stay was okay. Not the greatest. Walls and windows are paper thin. The construction workers waited until around 9pm to start working on the empty room near us. The heater was very noisy when it turned on. Everything was clean and the front lobby staff were nice. Location is excellent in accordance with quick access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge."
"Location was nice - close to attractions but not right in the middle of the crazy traffic. Staff was nice. Rooms could use some updating, especially bathrooms. They advertise that they're pet friendly, but they will place you on the third floor in a building where there is no grass to walk them nearby. They will also charge you a $150 nonrefundable pet fee, which is significantly higher than most places. Also, to leave your dog in the room, they have to be in a crate, which wasn't communicated in advance so we had to go to Walmart to buy a crate. Also, your dog has to be quiet or you might get a noise complaint. Something to be aware of if you're bringing a pet."
"Everything about the stay was great except a couple things. The parking lot is really hard to access in and out at certain spots as the sign is positioned in a way that if everyone doesn't park perfectly it either doesn't allow you to park and/or leave. The heating/ac system was essentially in another room and had a hard time getting the temperature comfortable where we were sleeping. A fan may help with this to pull the air into the bedroom. The heated bathroom floor was very nice and unexpected."
"The room was old and in desperate need of an update. There was no table, no closet, no hangers on the clothes bar on the wall, and no luggage racks. Our suitcases ended up on the only 2 chairs in the room so we had to sit on the beds. BUT, the room was very clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was rare for the service industry nowadays: they were all very kind, courteous, and helpful."
"A very nice, quaint place. The location is good and the price is fair. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and comfortable for a couple. The customer service is great too! Brianna checked us in and was very helpful. The restaurant attached to the inn is delicious, as well. The German Chocolate Cake was phenomenal."
