"Very disappointed with my recent visit (January 2024) for an oil change compared to my first visit in June 2023 (very happy with first visit). I was asked if I wanted the synthetic blend oil and I opted for the conventional oil like I did in June 2023. When given the bill it was $100! They gave me a $20 discount right away. When I returned with the receipt from June 2023 showing the price of $32.99 they refunded the additional $47 to match the first oil change. I was then told that the conventional oil change was no longer offered. Not sure why they didn't tell me that before proceeding with the synthetic blend. I feel that this was poor business ethic and will be going to a competitor for my purchase of four tires."
