Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I LOVE Chiptole but this restaurant is disgusting. I tried a few times thinking the were having a bad day. The tables are never clean, the garbage is over flowing, the work areas are covered with food and dirty food containers. The floor is littered with food and garbage. The restrooms are beyond filthy. The staff always seem confused and some are standing around looking like they don't have a clue on what to do. When in doubt, clean something!!! Corporate, please please please do something to help this restaurant."

"got a bowl with chicken, and instead of giving me chicken they gave me steak and some other brown meat that was spicy and shredded (definitely not chicken whatever it was). i ate it because i was starving and come to find one of those plastic stickers that are on avocados in the food. this chipotle is terrible- the staff is rude, messy, careless and it’s always a mess in there. this is not the first bad experience i have had here. i have gotten bowls half full, the wrong order, bowls without guac and when asking the staff they just say “we didn’t have any left” and don’t offer a refund. super careless here"

"Apparently the people that work at this location seem not to like it, I was standing there for like ten minutes and nobody seems to care. I have never had such a discusting experience. Poor service I know probably short staff but they were just passing by and not even saying we will help you or anything. Chipotle needs to pay more to the personal so maybe they can a least pretend the like give customer a decent service. 0 out of 10. Bad experience as a customer."

"Put in a mobile order from the parking lot at 3:45 and went right in to wait for it…..app said 4pm. At 4:15, gave my name and asked about order. The gentleman (appeared to be the manager) said someone must have taken it. I explained this wasn’t possible, because we came right in and there was never anything on the pick up shelves. Waited a few more minutes, he came back and said the young man doing the orders was new and forgot to make it. Ok….things happen. We asked if someone could make it. Nope…. He said he didn’t know what the order was and we’d have to get on the line…. There were about 20 people on line! He refused to let us jump the line and we couldn’t get a refund. Waited on line for almost 45 minutes to get our order. At the register, he sent someone to tell us there was no charge….. yes, because we already paid for it!"

"A new female worker with a lack luster attitude serving food as though you are not paying for it. She barely put food in my kids dinner not even enough to fill the second taco when my kid tried home. She put a broken taco then did not put the second taco etc..Mine felt like a dog regurgitated it into the bowl. Presentation is key to make it look appetizing. She also barely put enough food in the bowl. I just didn't want to further fuss since she didn't seem to care anyway. Also because the cashier tried to help. Thank you to him. I'm tired and very hungry trying to get dinner. I'm still upset. I hope she improves soon."
