"We recently ordered from Puntacana to cater for a party and we were surely disappointed. The food was fair, but not very good. The Empanadas were really lacking and barely filled, the chicken was okay, but the pork was decent. The service really was not kind at all. When they gave us the tray of rice, the tray was breaking apart. We asked for another tray below it and they refused. Overall, I think it's a big pass, with them being unkind and serving just fair food, there's a lot better places you can go too."

"I was so disappointed with the food from start to finish. Ordered to try something different for my birthday and Jesus was it nasty. Previously I had only tried the rice and beans to have with my chicken, and that was fine, so I decided to try other stuff. Bad idea! I got the steak with onions, pork chops, and empanadas. As well as an octopus salad. The salad had no taste and was packed poorly so all the juice was smelly and all over the place. The steak was CRAZY salty like they dropped the bottle in it. The pork chops were dry, and the empanadas were old and greasy, NOT FRESHLY fried! So annoyed and disgusted on how everything was horrible."

"I order steak and onion’s every week and it’s lately been a different steak each time I order .. chunky fatty steak that’s not even eatable Will not be coming back after 3 times of this happening . Update nov 12th .. order the meal again asked for yellow rice they give me white rice even tho I left the note and selected yellow on grub hub. A common mistake they make.. Update nov 17 : ordered it again on door dash, I typed YELLOW RICE 6 times and they still gave me white rice . This place does not care what they give you.. Thank God a new Dominican restaurant is opening in the neighborhood. This one sucks .."

"Food is so delicious and fresh! My daughter loves grabbing food from here! Her favorite is chicharrón de pollo son hueso. The staff are always so attentive and accommodating. It’s a place that you feel like eating home made meals and you feel like home."
