"I’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience. I placed a to-go order this time and they forgot my pancakes. When I called they were professional, acknowledged the mistake and offered credit for next time or just to come pick up the pancakes. I went to pick up and they gave me a few extra pancakes with a sincere apology. They’re very nice and helpful. People make mistakes, but they went to lengths to fix it, and I really appreciated it. Would definitely go back!"
