"Line for Drive Thru was Ridiculously long, wrapped outside the parking lot into the street. My drink was pre-poured so you know it was diluted/watered down. It was 2am.... When I finally got to the order here station they tried the we are only accepting cash my response was you should have told me that before I waited on that long line. I arrived at the window and they didn't have my order. They had an assortment of drinks at the window pre-poured. I am sure they are a great establishment during normal hours....the food was ok, not hot...."

"The store manager is horrible instead of making customers comfortable she is very rude and which i order and they gave me wrong food so ask her she said next time don’t come back here she don’t want her to give me back my refund I had argued with her . Needs to change manager. And they told me my charge is $25.80 and they charge from my credit card $33.62 Be carefull when you pay through credit card."

"This place has a horrible reputation already and it just opened. It seems to be run by rude managers and kids. This location is supposed to be open till 5am. It says 5am everyday. I went there at 1:30am yesterday and drive through was closed. No menu lights, no one at the window. Then we tried to go inside and there was an employee inside but doors were locked. Why say 5am if its closed by 1? There was an employee sleeping in his car parked out front too. Part of me thinks its a bunch of kids running this place and they close and do whatever they want when managers leave. Something has to change!"

"First of all, if 0 stars were an option…it would be a 0/5. We walked in, and the employees saw us and we decided to go to the new kiosk. My go-to wasn’t added and so i stood on line for 10 minutes with employees back turned and not greeted once. A lady came and I approached her with a “Hello”, and she completely ignored me. There was 8 people working and absolutely no one in the store but 2 customers already seated. My partner proceeds to ask them to take our order and a lady responds “Use the kiosk”. We told her the situation and she gave us attitude. A different lady took our order and asked me multiple times on my order and i corrected her 2x. (She still got it wrong even after we both went over it.). One of the foods were very unappetizing and looked unpleasing. The name literally had “melted cheese on top”. Rude employees, terrible customer service, uncleaned environment and bathrooms, and poor food quality. dont bother coming unless you want attitude."

"Good location with ample parking with very friendly service and kept clean. What else could anyone ask for from fast food right. Everyone is aware how their food tastes. Quick cheap bite."
