"It’s Papa John’s Pizza, you see the commercials and expect to get something similar to that. This place will make you a subpar pizza and make you wait an exorbitant amount of time for your order because the staff are deliberately estimating incorrectly to make you wait. Order ahead for pick up? Surprise! You arrived in 20min like they told you to and your order hasn’t even been prepared yet. Staff will quote “2 minutes” at the counter even though your pizza isn’t in the oven. Papa John isn’t in the picture anymore but even he would be disappointed in this sad excuse for a pizza franchise. Don’t waste your time, order elsewhere or heck, just eat a frozen pizza from the grocery store."

"I’m really disappointed! I spent almost 50 bucks and accidentally sent my food to my job instead of my home.. because I order a great deal and they couldn’t redirect my food for me. I’m 4 mile from my job in the car it’s 10 minutes away. I walk to work!! I know people don’t make mistakes like this all the time. "Ordered pizza for pick up. This is the closest one near me. Picked it up and was helped the moment I walked in. Got home and my family started to dig in. We found hair throughout 1 of our 3 pies There were woman working on Sunday October 29th. approximately 3 and they were making the pies. No hair net. Not even a hat at least. Very disappointing"

"Gets the job done when you’re hungry. Don’t compare to coal fired or brick oven pizza but what do you expect for $13.99 large pie with 5 toppings. Friendly store with ample parking. I usually order on the app and pick ip on way home."
