"I am one of their regular customers, I almost go there twice a week because I love their fried chicken. But some of the employees there don’t know how to talk with a regular customer and they give you wired look. I’ve been tolerating this for so long . Their behavior is not professional at all. They should learn how to talk with a customer nicely. I must say not all of the employees r bad , some of them are good ."

"Mac and cheese was rancid from top to bottom. It smelled extremely bad and wafted throughout my dining room. I am shocked that no one smelled the rotten food or even saw that it looked weird before they scooped it into a container. I would be wary of what else they overlook."

"This was heartbreaking when I got home…I ordered a chicken sandwich not fake looking McFillet or Fish Fillet whatever you called it. And even if it was a grilled chicken sandwich I would have still ate it if it wasn’t uncooked, I couldn’t even eat the damn thing. I’m being generous with 3 bc this place has great food but this just felt unacceptable."

"Honestly I am here routinely and it only was really difficult one time during the pandemic when it was just crowded as one of the few places open. The original flavor fried chicken is delicious. Corn also good. Mashed potatoes are kind of standard and the coleslaw is like home made like (neutral). I think the biscuits are fine. This place is reliable, the fried chicken and burgers and sandwiches taste good and the servers and staff are hard working and kind. It’s a great local friend chicken fast food spot!"

"We love getting food from Texas. However, this is the second time we're coming here and their grill is closed. Their hours are listed as closing at 3:30AM every day except 4:30AM on Friday and Saturday. We came at 2AM and were told they only have fried chicken, and another time we came around 3AM on a weekend and was told it was too late. They never pick up the phone either, so how are we supposed to know when they decide to shut the grill? Not everyone lives 5 minutes away. I called the store in front of the worker and it rang. The worker told me they were busy. But they never pick up their phone. I worked in fast food before, I get it. Nobody likes last minute customers especially when the workers are cleaning and trying to go home. But closing the grill and starting cleaning 2 hrs before actual closing time, c'mon now. Either pick up the phone to inform your customers who actually go out of their way to inquire about hours, or just change your hours. Maybe add in a disclaimer, like we shut off the grill 2 hrs before actual posted closing time, and only sell fried chicken from that point on. Now that I got my rant out of the way, I love the Hell Burger!"
