MainStay Suites 1607 Fairgrove Church Road Southeast, Conover, NC 28613

"I want to start by saying, our service at the front desk was very good when we arrived. The room was very nice as well. However, when we got to our room everything looked nice. Until we pulled down the sheets to go to bed. The bed had little black things on the sheets, like pills that had gathered in 1 spot where someone has slept. The bed had wrinkled as tho the bed had not been changed, just made back up. We called down to the front desk and explained to the youngman on duty. The only thing he offered was to come and get new sheets. He did apologize,but offered nothing more. I just felt like he could have offered another room or, a $ amount off of our stay. We did have to remake our bed and, we should not have had to do that. Our rate was 104 for thr night so, a discount or, another room would have been nice. I won't be staying at this hotel anymore. My husband and I travel often so, this place will be off of our list. I couldn't give this place a raving review, as it was not a pleasant sleep for me."
