McDonald's 1338 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209

"Girls at window cannot count change. My order was something and 18 cents Hand over my cash and change. A minute later I hear her grabbing a handful of change. Then proceeded to give my cash and 96c back! what the heck , I didn’t give you change so you could get more back? What stupid logic is that? The girl then argues I shorted her 1 penny, okay? Even if I did, communicate with me and say, sir you are one penny short, then I would have found another, no big deal, but this cashier would rather not say anything then do what would be appropriate . This is the second time in a month I had a similar experience with receiving wrong change at this location. Either this cashier is straight up rude, or is taking change . They were also out of All drinks!"

"We ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Nuggets were old and cold. The fries were piping hot, but so salty they were inedible. I also ordered a strawberries and cream pie but was never given. Took longer than usual in the drive thru and the service was just meh. I would not recommend this location."

"Although the service at 6:15 to 6:35 in the drive through was slow as could be, the food came out HOT and fresh. Don't know if managers or supervisors are rushing the food usually, but most fast food places seem to under cook fries/hash browns. These hash browns were amazing. The burrito wraps were good too."

"The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating if you have questions or not sure how to use the kiosk. Depending on the time of day some orders might take a little longer than others. Please be nice to the staff because they work very hard and very short-staffed at times so please have a little bit of patience please"

"2022 December 3.5★ Typical McDonald's serving the usual flare of foods. Chicken nugget coating wasn't all cooked as they were stuck together. The staff themselves were helpful though prior to getting the food. Should've went back to exchange for a new batch, but was in a rush. Overall, so so experience for take out. I'm sure eat in would be better."
