"This is our second time staying here when we came to the railroad. The rooms are nice older And have more space than newer hotel rooms. This time we stayed in the family suite which was basically two rooms in one. The bathroom was a bit tight though."

"We got a got a room for the Polar Express Train Ride. Two adults and two kids,the location was great,its walking distance from everything. The service was awesome checking in had no issues... plus the heat in the room was over the top since it was so cold out .. will definitely be back"

"We bought tickets to the later polar express train ride and didn't want to make the 2+ hour trip back home so we got a room at the Relax Inn. If you decided to do the same you could actually walk to the train from your room if you chose to. The rooms were clean and once everything closes in town, which is about 10pm, it's quiet! Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! Folks running the place were super nice and super helpful. He gave us a map of bryson city and told us where the best places to eat were and a few attractions that might be of interest. If we decide to do the polar express again next year we'll do the same."

"Booked this hotel to be close for the Polar Express train ride and it was a great stay! The man at the front desk was very informative & helpful about the location. The rooms may be a bit outdated, but it is very clean & was a comfortable stay!"

"So this would be an honest review from someone that doesn't review hardly ever. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller but they were fresh and clean. The staff was excellent and there about couldn't be a better location. The room was extremely comfortable. I would tell anyone coming to do the train ride, stay here if you can. It is somewhat dated but I love to stay in place no matter how dated that doesn't have stains or bugs or fixtures that are about to fall. Staff was extremely pleasant. Bed was a little soft but I slept like a rock. Air unit and fridge worked great for me. I give them 9.5 out of 10 only because the bathroom might be an issue for a very large person but much appreciation to the staff on making my stay in Bryson one to remember"
