"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel."
"Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed with the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever seen! Could not give this place enough stars! Plus includes 24/7 coffee, water and hot chocolate…… seriously amazing! THANK YOU!!"
"We took a chance on his hotel even though there is not a lot of pictures on their website, and we're so glad we did! We were in town for the Polar Express train ride and will definitely stay with Stonebrook again. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at recently. The bed was very soft & comfortable! We were impressed with the included breakfast. I didn't catch the name of the young lady that was working at the front lobby last night (Nov 10th) but she saved the day for us. My milk supply suddenly stopped and she was quick to offer us whole milk from the breakfast bar. It was probably just a quick interaction for her but it meant a lot to me (& my little one!)"
"Room was clean and spacious. Don't like pillow top mattress as soft as they were. Had one of cleaning staff enter room to clean without knocking first. Luckily we had the security bar on door."
"I stayed here one night on a recent trip passing through Bryson City to Maggie Valley. The Hotel and staff were excellent. The beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star is the price was almost $300 with taxes and fees for one night on a Friday night. Ouch! If you are staying more than one night, I highly recommend a short term rental for a better value. Bryson City was a neat little town!"
