"I see why this location has 3 stars. Most locations toss their wings in the sauce and this location drizzles it on. I've only had one mishap with them; they have good customer service. This however is ridiculous. I'll just go here for items that don't need much attention or effort, I guess."

"ZERO STARS is what it truly deserves. I’ve never been so disappointed from a fast food restaurant before till now. There was such a long wait time, but I initially was third in line. It took me exactly 16 minutes to be able to order my food. The preparation for the food didn’t take long which I was surprised by because of how long I waited, but when I got home and ate it, the food taste like RUBBER and was really CHEWY. It honestly tasted like the chicken was fake, and they barely put any type of sauce on it as well. I opened up the chicken and part of it looks white as if it wasn’t cooked all the way. VERY DISAPPOINTED, they definitely just lost a customer"

"I visited with my daughter to have lunch. The interior is very well lit and maintained. Clean restroom. The employees were courteous. The food was well presented and overall it was good. My major complain is that they need to decrease the sodium (salt) particularly in the chicken; the taste was a bit intense."
