"Ordered 2 fish dinners. The fish tasted stale and had no flavor. Idk why the wait was 10 minutes. The yams are from the can. The tartar sauce was only mayo. The sides were probably a 5 out of 10."
"If I could give them no stars, I would. The two ladies have been so nasty/rude for years..just like their food. The food smelled like garbage In the bag. The greens smelled like they were spoiled. The fish didn't seem real. I wouldn't eat here again if they were giving that nasty food away for free! The ladies that run the place should retire and take up knitting..mayb that would make them happier people..guess because there is no place else to eat around there..they treat people harshly and serve what evere. They have been part of the community for over 30 yrs..The place..the food..two mean old ladies...Garbage!! Save your money!!!"
"Service is slow even when you call for pick-up. The food is to be desired if the stems in the Collard greens were any bigger. I thought they gave me an additional vegetable. The alleged sweet potatoes needed everything added to be called that. The prices are great compared to other restaurants' post pandemic."
"I won’t lie I love the food but the fact that this place is always running out the food way before the closing time is beyond ridiculous. How is 8pm on a Friday night and you close at 11pm and you’re out of food? What kind of establishment is this?! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Never will I try to support this business again. Ya’ll clearly don’t have the business or funds to buy enough food to carry yourself through an entire shift. Never again. Oh and y’all mac and cheese is nasty!"
"I ordered my food over the phone they told me 20 minutes, I waited an additional 15 upon arrival. Nevertheless, the price was very affordable and pretty tasty. I got fish and fries, I used my own tarter sauce my; the seasoning on the fish was there (although the batter came apart very easily from thr fish). The food was good, service ehh."
