"Food was decent for airport food but wow is the service bad. You have to order online and tip before you even get served. The water came in dirty glasses and the tater toter has hair in it. The beet salad was very good. Meatballs were better than expected at an airport."

"For airport food this was pretty good! I got the breakfast quesadilla and it wasn’t bad at all, I just wish it also came with sour cream. What I liked is how quick & easy it was to order online and how quickly the food was ready. Also the quantity of the food was comparable to what you’d get in a restaurant outside of the airport. Also the customer service was pretty good."

"Very skeptical about this place after reading bad review after bad review. Still I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Now it’s airport food which will be double if not triple the price of what a meal will normally cost. It was not too packed and was serve quick. One thing though was that I was asked to tip but I placed my own order because they have QR codes at every table. I tip once I receive the service and its based on how the service was. Just because someone had a bad time someplace doesn’t mean you will. And you never know till you try it out."

"Terrible food. My waffle, for $16 came with cold butter, 1/2 a strawberry cut up, and 2 blue berries. No whip cream. They didnt even tell me before hand, but insteas only apologized after i pointed it out…."

"Ok, it's an airport, but the food is the worst kind of frozen/package awfulness with terrible service. Do not visit. I had omelette and coffee. Probably 60% of the meal was "country style potatoes", out of a packet and over cooked. Omelette was tiny, flavorless, and the same temperature as the sun. Ketchup (!) Haphazardly thrown on the side like I'm 4 years old. Coffee full of grounds and burnt. Service was worse. Took 15 minutes to get my coffee, after repeated signalling to multiple servers, and there was no offer of a refill on my coffee (just as well because it was terrible). Left no tip due to bad service, and it was still $25. Rip off."
