"Visited my local ihop restaurant on 1/19/24. I was alone and was quickly seated. They were not crowded. As I went through the entire menu - evidence of the length of time I sat - the waitress looked at me, failed to acknowledge me in any meaningful way and continued her conversation with patrons at another table. Shortly after, a couple was seated at a table 3 feet from mine. They looked through the menu and, minutes later, were placing their orders with this same waitress. Having seen enough, I stood up, put on my coat and left. Before I left, I let the hostess know that I had been ignored, but yes, I will have a nice day. I should say that before this experience, I have always received good service at this location. Perhaps it just wasn’t my day."

"I enjoyed my breakfast. Of spinach & mushrooms omelet w/o the hollandaise sauce And my accompany person had the sampler. The service was great & the atmosphere was laid back & it was not crowded & quiet around 10:30-11:30 am."

"They have a new Menu for the Spring/Summer of 2023 with more to choose from. I definitely like the new menu the other menu they had was very limited and didn't offer a variety. Hopefully from this menu and going forward variety will be more in swing then the minimal winter/Fall/Autumn menu. The staff is pleasant and always patient and accommodating."
