"This place has gone down hill. It's always empty now, no one at tables tonight. I used to visit often. Tonight ordered a meal for 5 chicken was good, sides (large) are now about 1/3 smaller than before. They charge an extra $2 for sweet potatoes, even though they're giving less and still charging the same. Not impressed, probably won't be back pretty disappointing."
"Please improve the quality and taste of the food. All the sides were under seasoned. The mac and cheese was watery and the corn bread tasted like white cake. My eating experience was very different than my previous times eating from here."
"Ordered a Thanksgiving meal at this location today 11/23/23. It was to include a " A family turkey, 3 large sides, and 3 corn breads". The container in which the sides came in was a small. They charged me $5.95 for 3 small breads, as they did not give me cornbread. The family meal cost $45.66. I ordered 6 more sides, as the sides were only for 1 serving. I ended up paying $104.38 for the pictures posted. Staff is friendly and I have no complaints on them. Hope management reads this because it's not fair to pay all this money for this. I know it was my choice to pay , but just need to bring awareness."
"The “cornbread” is a pasty-dry square. The gravy isn’t the same and the chicken didn’t taste like much. I remember years ago Boston Market was a nice meal."
"I hate going and giving bad reviews but I’ve been eating Boston market for years and every Boston market I’ve gone too has the same or very similar food taste. I’ve been to this specific one multiple times for the past few years and today was the first time I was so upset about my food. The mac n cheese was practically swimming in water the meat I ask for was completely different and the mash potato recipe is not the same mash potatoes I’ve been eating from Boston market it taste like the potatoes came straight out of a bag. Taste was completely off the only thing that tasted good was the corn bread. I’m sorry but I suck at cooking and even I can make nice cheesy creamy Mac n cheese not water"
